Asphalt & Paving is the paving material of choice for a variety of applications because of it’s durability, cost-effectiveness and strength. Keeping your asphalt in top condition is simple with routine inspection and maintenance. Our services address issues that may arise as asphalt ages including sealcoating, crack-filling and patching.

SEALCOATING

Protect your investment. Sealcoating asphalt slows pavement deterioration by protecting against the daily abuse of a parking lot. This includes gas, oil, sun oxidation, water penetration and extreme weather. For maximum benefit, sealcoat should be applied approximately 12 months after the initial application and then on a regular basis, about every 24 to 48 months, thereafter.

CRACK FILLING

Cracks let water into the asphalt surface, inevitably causing potholes and eventually asphalt failure. Keeping cracks properly filled will avoid potentially costly damage to your paving and provide a smoother, more aesthetically pleasing paved surface.

PATCHING

As asphalt pavement progresses through its performance lifecycle, fine hairline cracks begin to spread and deepen within the asphalt. Water will enter the surface without proper maintenance and crack-filling, undermining the substrate. The most effective form of repair is to remove and replace the deteriorated area with fresh asphalt, in the form of a patch.
